Despite being spread out geographically, Best Upon Request is proud of our tight-knit community. We have many programs that highlight our culture, including a mentoring program for new employees, regular conference calls, logo wear and an in-depth internal newsletter. Supporting Our Community

Best Upon Request is committed to improving the quality of life in the communities we serve, both in Cincinnati and in our client locations nationwide. We actively support non-profit organizations such as United Way, Goodwill, Food for Families, Toys for Tots, LIVESTRONG Lance Armstrong Foundation and YWCA, to name a few.

The Best Upon Request team has participated in The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation's Race for the Cure. The corporate office has also partnered with United Way for volunteer opportunities, most recently taking 20 children from Cincinnati's Kids Café - an inner-city after-school program - on a fun-filled farm fieldtrip. Each month, Best Upon Request picks a "Shining Star" who is excelling at their job and donates $50 to the charity of their choice, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to both our team members and our community.

In 2008, we launched an internal campaign for United Way. As a result of our employees' dedication, Best Upon Request was ranked 9th in the top 25 Pacesetter Companies in the Tri-State area for 2008 with a contributions increase of 1,100% from 2007. United Way recognized Best Upon Request with an Outstanding Community Service Small Company, 2008 Community Care Week Award.
